Ethics Policy

UNINQ University is committed to fostering a teaching and learning environment that values integrity, mutual respect, and responsibility.   2. For Faculty:

    • Maintain the confidentiality of student information.
  3. For Staff and Collaborators:
    • Conduct administrative activities ethically and transparently.
    • Treat all university community members with respect and consideration.
    • Protect the confidentiality of institutional and personal information.

Reporting and Investigation Procedures

  1. Reporting Violations:
    • Any member of the university community who witnesses or suspects a violation of this policy should report the incident to the responsible department (e.g., the Ethics Department or University Administration).
  2. Investigation:
    • All reports will be investigated confidentially and impartially.
    • Involved parties will have the opportunity to present their accounts of the facts.
  3. Consequences:
    • Proven violations of this policy may result in disciplinary actions, ranging from warnings to expulsion in the case of students, or contract termination in the case of staff and collaborators.
