- To send you information about accident prevention programs, nutrition, psychological help and application and/or review of medical exams.
- To use your personal image (photo, video, etc.) in UNINQ's information and promotional material.

- To apply and evaluate to improve the quality of the educational service.
- To manage your profile on our job board.
- To recommend you to different companies for their internship vacancies.
- To recommend you to companies belonging to the UNINQ job bank for their job vacancies.
- To send you advertising and communications for marketing, telemarketing or financial campaign purposes.
- To inform your family members and/or authorized third parties about your academic and extracurricular performance.
If you do not wish your personal data to be processed for any or all of the additional purposes, you may communicate the above to the email address
Refusal to use your personal data for these purposes shall not be grounds for us to deny you the services and products that you request or contract with us.

In order to carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice, we will use the following personal data:

3. How will we process your personal information and for what purposes?
Purpose of processing
- Company responsible for UNINQ's call center functions and, therefore, supports those interested in enrolling at UNINQ as a student.
- Company responsible for storing the personal data information obtained by UNINQ on its servers.
4. How can you access, rectify, cancel or oppose the use of your personal data?
You have the right to know what personal data we have about you, what we use it for and the conditions of use we give to it (Access). Likewise, you have the right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification). You also have the right to have our personal data removed from our records or databases when you believe that such information is not being used appropriately (Cancellation). Finally, you can also object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition).
To exercise any of these rights, you must submit the respective request by email to

5. You can revoke your consent to the use of personal data.
